1, Reviewing engineering design aspects of the group’s construction projects.
2, Managing projects during the pre-design, design, construction and completion phases.
3, To prepare budget and control cost upon instruction from senior management.
4, Measure the on going performance of each project, compared to initial programs, budgets and schedules, taking corrective action as needed.
5, Monitor and report on the project management resources engaged on each project, properly allocating these resources to complete each project on schedule and within budget.
6, To plan and manage preventative maintenance, renovation projects for the theme park.
7, To prepare invitation to tender and to administer quotations and contracts.
8, To liaise with contractors for coordinating and monitoring the progress of projects.
9, To be responsible for the design and site inspection of mechanical and electrical building services with focus on energy management.
